RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
DEPOSITS AND REFUND WINDOW

Full Deposit Refund:

Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.

Non-Refundable Deposit (Credit Applied):

Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 72 hours (3 days) notice are not eligible for a refund. However, your deposit will be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled appointment or future product purchase.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

NO-SHOWS

Two (2) no-shows (failure to arrive at your scheduled appointment without prior notice) will result in removal from my client list and future booking privileges.
